Product Manager - Wholesale
About you:
We’re seeking a Product Manager who will oversee the development and lifecycle of our wholesale broadband products ensuring that they meet market demands, are competitively positioned and contribute to Trooli’s growth and success.
This role will be required to complete occasional travel to our Head Office in Kent.
The Role:
As our Product Manager, you will be a creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. More specifically, you will be:
- Defining and implementing the Wholesale product portfolio for Trooli, creating a roadmap for delivery
- Driving action throughout the organisation and with external suppliers to deliver Wholesale products to market
- Ensuring that products delivered are market leading whilst assuring commercial success and profitability for Trooli
- Developing pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned to our financial goals.
- Conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer needs and spot market opportunities.
- Ensuring that all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standardsLeading on documenting high-level requirements for systems definition and implementation
- Managing all aspects of Wholesale in-life products, including Partner feedback, requirements and issues
- Creating content on products which leans into Trooli’s brand and ‘tone of voice’ ensuring that products are launched on well-researched media
- Ensuring the relevant Trooli teams and the Partner are trained effectively on Trooli’s Wholesale product portfolio
- Documenting and maintaining the Wholesale product specification(s)
- Ensuring the desired Wholesale Partner Experience is delivered and maintained throughout the organisation.
- Developing and delivering a Wholesale product roadmap which is signed off by all stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Product management experience within the Telecommunications or Broadband industry
- Able to think commercially and strategically
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder leadership skills
- Experience of working with Wholesale customers or within a Wholesale distribution environment
- Able to manage complex projects and product launches from conception to completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or another relevant field
- Project Management certification is desirable.
