Complaint Handler
About the role:
We are seeking a Complaint Handler to join us, who will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints from our service provider partners and members of the public. If you are interested in this role, we would love to hear from you!
Day to day duties:
- Handle complaints from service providers via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for our partners to ensure a timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
- Identifying the root cause of issues and liaising with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of complaints.
- Provide regular updates to partners on the status of their complaints.
- Identifying and reporting trends in complaints and suggest improvements to prevent future issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive company image.
Qualifications / Training:
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent, ideally grade C and above with Maths, English, and IT or Science.
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or complaints handling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem- solving abilities and attention to detail
Desirable:
- A basic understanding of Telecoms services would be beneficial as an ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms
