Planning Administrator
About you:
Are you a strong team player looking to stay your next step in your career? We are looking for a Planning Administrator to join our busy Planning team and support them by carrying out administrative tasks.
This role will assist our Network Planners by releasing them from administrative tasks allowing them to focus on planning quality and efficiency.
The role:
As our Planning Administrator, you will need to take a flexible approach as day to day will vary and you’ll need to adapt to the demands during the planning lifecycle.
More specifically, day to day you will be:
- Submitting JUP licence applications
- As built submissions
- Updating Trooli systems with different stages of the various processes
- Updating the APX system (NOI, JUP & Sales Query)
- Productivity and task management reporting (Monday.com)
- NOI management including lead-in registrations, and Sales Query reporting
Skills and experience:
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work with web-based systems and tools
- Self-motivated and organised so you can manage your time effectively
- Previous customer interaction experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Experience of working with fibre planning tools (APX) is desirable
- Previous telecoms experience would be advantageous but not essential
Qualifications:
- Required: GCSE level 5-9 or equivalent in Maths and English
